We offer a limited number of grass-fed, grain-finished beef raised the way it was meant to be, on open pasture, with careful attention to animal health, land stewardship, and flavor.

These hand selected calves spend the majority of their lives grazing native grasses, developing strong, healthy muscle and a clean nutritional profile. In the final finishing phase, they are grain-finished with access to open grazing to enhance marbling, tenderness, and rich beef flavor—resulting in a balanced, premium product that combines the best of both worlds.

Intentionally Limited Production

We harvest a limited number of animals each year, offering our beef exclusively in halves and wholes. This intentional limitation allows us to:
